It's not only the general members who must abide by the Rules and Regulations of Final Fantasy: Dystopia. The Staff, as representatives of Dystopia and keepers of order, have a stricter set of rules and consequences apart from the standard.
- No Staff Member, regardless, is allowed to flaunt their power or authority no matter what the situation. The only time authority is to be exercised is when members, or fellow staff members, get out of hand and the exercising of authority becomes necessary.
- No Staff Member is to quote, or abide by, the phrase, "I am Staff, I can do as I please," or, "I am Staff, I am greater then you." This manner of arrogance is unacceptable and will result in a loss of Staff status.
- The Staff Team, and those therein, is not greater then the General Member Populace. If anything, it is the General Populace that is held to higher regard and take precedence. Remember; the players are the foundation in which this site thrives on.
- No Staff Member is to abuse Staff Powers, even if it's just for "play."
- Staffs Members are to regard each other, and the General Member, with the utmost respect.
- As Staff Members, we are to display a measure of professionalism and maturity. This means that drama, contentions, grudges, strife, and other forms of immaturity are to be avoided, especially in the CBox. If conflicts do occur, they are to be handled via Private Message or another means outside of the eyes of the General Members.
- Communication with one another, as well as the General Members, is a vital factor in the growth and preservation of Final Fantasy: Dystopia.
-Remember, nothing looks worse then a disorderly and unprofessional staff. We are to stay on top of our game if we are to take this site above and beyond.
