Nanako crept through the abandoned area trying to be as sneaky as possible, she was in her fox form as it made the most sense to sneak around in since she was smaller and her fur was black and most monsters didn’t bother to attack her when in this form anyway so she figured she was safe. The copperhead aircraft flew over head shining its spotlight down on the area and when the crew was content that nothing was out of place moved on the next area, while this part of odol was abandoned and was not restricted the military still liked to do patrols here. Nanako sniffed the air and then looked around she was near her destination she could tell but there was a dark presence she then realized it felt as if something was watching her and it smelled that way to. Nanako continued on but was cautious of her surroundings now, the copperhead was back and did its routine as it did before and nanako thought this was odd since it should be on its way back to base. She then realized they were looking for something like she was but unlike nanako they where taking a more cautious approach by scouting the area before sending troops in. Nanako sensed she was near her target but she knew from here on out things would get harder and that she would have to use all of her strength to get her goal the summon that is said to be here.

"Hello." Spoke the kindly voice of a sagely old woman behind the small fox that wandered these darkened lands, "You seem a bit far from the plains. Did you get yourself lost?"
The elderly woman of grayed hair and small stature spoke calmly despite the presence of Odolian occupation in the area. There seemed to be no fear whatsoever in her being and no concern for the present circumstances that lay therein the situation. There was peace in her; complete peace and something else.
Nevertheless, the woman carried herself with a warm and gentle smile as though truly there was not a thing to fear in dreadful places such as these. The greater oddity being in that while Nanako remained in her animalistic figure, the old woman spoke to her and looked upon her as though her eyes saw beyond that of which was most evident and obvious. It could simply be a matter of elderly experience in dealing with ones such as Nanako, perhaps the old woman has met her fair share of foxes in the past, or perhaps it was something entirely different, something of a more divine nature, and yet at this point all speculation was given.
There was peace there;
Complete peace and something else.

Nanako turned around to face the old woman and wondered what she was doing here and how she was fending off the monsters. The copperhead flew away toward to odol base as if it had something more important to do. “What are you doing here I thought this part of the city was abandoned?” Nanako thought for a moment, she wasn’t prepared to see another person here. “Sorry I’m getting ahead of myself. No my name is Nanako I live in one of the sectors here and I’m looking for something.” Her tail swayed back and forth slightly and she sat down, Nanako didn’t want to miss her opportunity to get a summon but she respected her elders to so if the old woman wanted to talk Nanako would be happy to. “can I ask you something, a question for a question.” Nanako thought it was fair if so asked her own question the old woman could ask her one in return.

"Abandoned?" The elderly woman chuckled in soft humor and glee, "Dear, this place is very much vibrant and teeming." The warm smile radiated an air of gentleness, compassion, and a trust that could not be matched in all the land and yet for all intents and purposes there was indeed something amiss with this particular scenario.
She seemed almost too blissfully unaware of the situation and circumstance surrounding her.
"Were all looking for something in one way or another. But first come, you'll catch a rather nasty cold out in this time of night." The elderly woman began leading the way, "There'll be time for questions later. We need to get some food in you. The road ahead is tough, especially for one such as yourself." Toward the deepness of the sector, where all seemed at it's most bleak, the woman lead the way.

Something was odd about this old woman but Nanako couldn’t put her mind on it. Nanako didn’t have any leads as to where the summon or summons where, her paws where starting to hurt slightly and she was hungry. The promise of food was almost more than enough to get her to follow the old woman. Nanako looked down the way she was heading and figured she might as well follow the old woman and if she didn’t have a any information at least she would get a free meal and someone to talk to.
