[/b][/u]Character Personality: Fain is a nice enough kid, if you get him on a good day. He is a hard-working, honest sort of lad, not gullible, but has never been afraid of getting in there and getting his hands dirty. He will help out when he can, however, he will not be made a fool of easily, his sharp mind and quick wit makes it hard to pull the wool over his eyes. When he is chilling he will use that quick wit quite often and is actually quite a funny lad, and can often be found using his quick wit and smarts to earn a few coin in various things, despite what his morals might be telling him.
However, there is another side to him, which makes him not exactly the nicest guy out there. His quick wit, smarts, and usual honestly has made him quite outspoken, and he will not be afraid to tell someone exactly what he thinks of them. If he thinks he’s in the right it would take several miracles for him to change his mind even when he is wrong. On a battlefield his Vescarn nature shines through and has actually got a slight bit of bloodlust, and will often engage someone in a fight because he is actually, on a bad day, really quick tempered.
Quirks: Quick Witted, Funny, Hard Working, Honest (Most of the Time).
Flaws: Outspoken, Stubborn, Slight Bloodlust, Quick-Tempered.
Character Appearance
Come Back ToMe
[/b][/u]Physical Abilities: Blood of the Vescarn - [Passive] - The Vescarn, were not only known to be some of the most skilled swordsmen in Gaia, but they say their strength was just as great. The Vescarn are naturally tougher, faster, and stronger than most humans out there. Due to being born of magic, their strength and natural endurance is far greater than most humans. However, this strength has come at a price, and it is rare to find a warrior of Vescara to have more than minor talents in the magical arts other than their natural defences against it.
Effects: Due to who he is, and where he came from, he gains +25 points to his HP, and +20 points to his Strength, Base Defence and Magical Defence. However, starts with no Manna and or Intelligence.
Vescarn Growth - [Passive] - There is another reason why the Vescarn rarely show more than minor magical talents, and that is, few choose to learn how to use them. It is not because they have any dislike for the magical arts, it is just, they know it is rare for one of their people to be strong in them, so, they spend their years training in the art of the sword not the spell.
Effect: When Fain levels up he may sacrifice his MP and or Intelligence boost. If he sacrifices one or both of them, he may transfer the sacrificed points to his HP, Strength or Base Defence. For example, he sacrifices his 5 points of Intelligence and places it in his Base Defence; his Base Defence will go up by 10 points that level. If he sacrifices both his MP and Intelligence he may give those 10 points to 1 of the other or split them so 2 will gain a 5 point bonus.
Greater the Threat - [Passive] - It is true that the Vescarn, when they were alive, were some of the greatest swordsmen known in Gaia, however, there was one thing that made them almost unstoppable as an army. When they faced an enemy force which was greater in strength or in numbers they seemed to grow even stronger than before. It was another trait given to them through the way they came into being and was also the reason, until Odol finally destroyed them, that it was said that no force alive could defeat a Vescarn Battle-Force.
Effect: When Fain is faces opponents of a greater level than him he gains additional strength. To work this out, combine the levels of his opponents, and for every level greater their combined levels are to Fain he gains an additional five points to his strength. For example, he is level 1, and his is face 3 level 3 foes. Combined the enemy level is 9 which is 8 levels greater than him. These 8 levels will be converted into an additional 40 points of damage when he attacks. If he kills one, the combined level goes down to 6 which lessens his additional damage to 25, and will happen again when he kills then next one and it well less to 15 additional points.
Magical Abilities: Does not have magic yet.
Weapons: Steel Sword - Growing up on a far he does not exactly have the cash to have an all powerful weapon, but, he does have a nice, standard, steel sword - [Base Damage - 15]
Battle Discipline: Swordsman - He is not the most stylish, or skilful, or experienced swordsman out there, but his fighting style is all of the three. He is a balanced fighter, combining swift parries with fast and strong counter attacks. Currently his lack of experience shows in his lack of willingness to strike first. However, where he lacks in aggression he makes up for in natural ability to fight on the counter offensive and can often be taken for granted until he slips past someone’s defence and takes them down a peg or two.
Character Accessories: Leather Armour - It is a standard suit of leather armour, no bells no whistles, nothing out of the ordinary about it. - [Armour Value - 15]
Leather Bracers - Like the armour there is nothing special about his bracers, nothing added, no artificial colours of preservatives, just a standard pair of bracers - [Armour Value - 05]
Leather Greaves - His leather greaves are like his bracers and his armour… is there any point about me continuing with this sentence - [Armour Value - 05]

History He was born into a world of legend and infamy. He was born on the island of Vescara, where some of the world’s greatest swordsmen had been born, he was Vescarn. Not only that he was the prince, the youngest son of the king. However, he would never know who he truly was, because, before he second birthday the day that would end the legends, the myths, the infamy. Three days before his second birthday, the Odol invaded Vescarn, and even with the strength and skill of the warriors of Vescara they could not win, but the Vescarn Battle-Force, only 500 in number fought to the very last man, and it took 5,000 Odol troops to finish them.
Before the Odol could reach the palace, the king sent one of his guards with an important task, to save his youngest son, whilst himself, the queen and his five older sons defended the palace along with the two hundred guards stationed there. The guard accepted the task and whisked the young prince to safety, taking a boat on the port city on the other side, and away from the lands the prince would never come to know, and love. When they ventured away from Vescara, they landed in Veil, and he tried to find a place, but, luck would not be on his side. On his travels he was struck ill, and knowing he would not last the trip out of Veil he found a humble looking farm, and left the prince there.
The farm was owned by a family by the name of Bellamy, there was the father, Jason, his wife, Kellia, and their twin boy and girl Farron and Faye who where a year older than Fayt. The wife being a kind hearted young woman could not leave the child alone, and brought him into the home, that was fifteen years ago, but on that day, Fayt Darkwind, Prince and Last of the Vescarn would be no more, and in his place would be born Fain Bellamy, a humble farmer’s son.
Over the years he would grow up as a Bellamy, doing the various tasks needed off him. He grew up alongside the other two and they would become like true siblings despite no blood was between them. They lived happy lives living as a family, brothers, sister, mother father, and all working to keep their bellies full and a roof over their head. However, when he was ten, an event would happen that would shape his future.
Jason’s brother, Jaria would come into the scene. Jaria was a recently retired mercenary, and, for a roof over his head, food in his belly and a space of his own he would word for his brother as a guard, as recently people had been stealing food and Odol troops would come and go as they please and do what they will. It was soon after that that Fain would start his training.
It was three months after the mercenary came that Jaria would accept him for training, after a lot of begging and pleading from Fain. Fain did not know why, but it was like his blood was calling for a sword in his hand, little did he know that this was a ten years old that the Vescarn started their training as swordsmen and women, and it had always been like this. It had been so for so long it was said that their very soul called for a sword and their blood demanded to be trained. It was a proud day for a family when their son or daughter picked up his or her first sword.
During his training he learnt quickly, and was found to be stronger than he looked. The better he got the more his blood called. Jaria wondered why this was, he had his suspicions, if only he knew that those suspicions were true. On Fain’s sixteenth birthday Jaria would give him a gift, his own sword, made of fine steel and a suit of leather armour along with bracers and greaves. It was a proud day for Fain, however, a year later his life would change once more.
On his seventeenth birthday Jaria would take him into the local village for a drink or two, along with Farron and Faye, since they were also of legal age. They drunk a few and sung merry songs. However this merriment would soon end. They had made their way back to the farm and found it in flames. All three children, Fain, Farron and Faye would cry out and the only thing that would stop them running into the flames was Jaria. Once they calmed the flames they looked around and fond little left. Jaria salvaged what he could and was about to set off when Fain demanded he took him with him, and those demands were soon followed by the other two. Soon after they were on their way again, and all four knew what was going to happen, they would fight, and they would find the persons responsible for this and take their very lives.
